My main responsibility as a Delivery Manager is to make sure that a product is delivered on time and within budget. To achieve that, I seek to create an encouraging environment for the team, where everyone can improve their skills, feel appreciated and, thus, produce greater value. The use of Agile tools and techniques helps me organize the teamwork more effectively and transparently. Throughout my career, I have also been actively architecting, designing, and implementing software solutions — mostly web and desktop applications — for the Healthcare, Manufacturing & Energy industries that help companies and organizations ‌streamline day-to-day business operations.

With more than 10 years of experience, I have successfully architected, designed, developed, and implemented mobile, cloud-based, and SaaS applications for the Healthcare, IT, and Restaurant industries. I am passionate about using modern technologies to create useful products that help businesses optimize and automate daily operations, improve connectivity, and make the most out of their data. As VP of Engineering at Softarex, I manage both in-house and offshore development teams hired by Softarex’s clients. I use Agile and Scrum methodologies to encourage continuous improvement of team members and bring transparency and flexibility to projects.

As the Chief Information Security Officer at Softarex, I am in charge of the security of the company’s computer systems and databases. It’s my job to make sure the company has established and follows SOC 2 Type 2 information security policies and procedures in customer data management. I also dedicate time to training and consulting employees in information security.

In over 10 years of my professional career, I have developed, architected, and managed dozens of projects for the Manufacturing & Energy, Restaurant & Hospitality, Aviation, and IT industries. I managed the development of a Computer vision-based kitchen management system for a large restaurant chain. We did a great job on this project, and I ‌consider it the highlight of my career.

I’ve been with Softarex since the very beginning of my career. Today, I occupy the position of Java Lead Software Engineer. Apart from my core responsibilities — software development and the team management — my job also entails the development of project technical documentation and system analysis. I also do my best to add additional value to the company by sharing my experience with younger Software Engineers to help them grow and improve their skills.

Before joining Softarex, I worked in a bank for 10 years. I was responsible for creating and developing products that help automate day-to-day business processes. Softarex has given me the opportunity to dive deeper into the technical side of finance and banking. As a Product Manager, I’m in charge of the entire product launch cycle — from an idea to product implementation. It’s my job to identify customer needs, analyze competitors, define product strategies, and draw roadmaps of products. So I do the biggest part of my work long before the first line of code is written.

Being a QA Engineer is about making sure the end product has top-notch quality by managing, planning, and controlling the work of the QA team. As a manual tester, I have always been passionate about exploratory testing, especially solving complicated cases. I am eager to expand my professional horizons, so a while back I tried my hand at business analysis and customer support. Recently, I’ve been working mainly on Healthcare projects.

I think I have always been passionate about finding defects in software. As a manual tester I’ve gained solid experience in various types of web application and mobile application testing from functional and API testing to test management. Today, as a Senior QA Engineer, my job is to manage, plan and oversee the work of the QA team to ensure the highest quality possible of Softarex end products. During my career at the company, I had the opportunity to work on projects in industries such as Healthcare, Media and E-commerce, and e-Learning.

As a Delivery Manager, my job is to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of the end product. In over 10 years of experience, I've worked on projects across various verticals such as Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, but most of my professional years I've invested in the development and management of projects for the e-Learning industry. The highlight of my career is an online learning project, where I managed the development team. We've built and implemented several web and desktop applications that are currently being used by thousands of instructors and learners around the world. It was a truly valuable and interesting experience for me.

I have close to 25 years of experience in the stock market. Prior to Softarex, I worked as a division manager and CEO in brokerage firms. I was involved in consulting, analytics, trading, risk management, the development of trading robots and IT platforms, and employee training. At Softarex, I’m in charge of the development of the FINMATEX project and the entire Fintech direction of the company. My professional interests lie in financial derivatives, portfolio management, and risk assessment. I consider it my social responsibility to assist people in personal financial management and investing.

I currently hold the position of Lead Test Quality Assurance Engineer, specializing in e-Learning projects. My key responsibility is to define testing strategies to make sure the end product meets the industry's and company’s standards. As a QA team manager, I create testing plans, run team meetings to brainstorm solutions to problems, and ensure the work is done on time and quality. My job also involves constant communication with the development team and the customer to communicate the needs and requirements of all participants of the project.
