Softarex is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join its dream team. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with strong data-driven and analytical skills and the ability to deliver superior results through team collaboration and personal contribution.
General requirements:
- 3-4+ years of experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with Cilium
- Experience with Linux/Docker and AWS services: EKS, RDS, ElasticCache, EC2, S3, Container Registry, Cloudfront…
- Experience with cloud automation (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation — will be a plus)
- Experience with monitoring: Cloudwatch, ELK, Datadog
- CI/CD skills: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet/Foreman (will be a plus)
- Good understanding of key DevOps concepts like infrastructure as code
- Scripting skills: Bash, Python, Groovy
- Version control skills: GitHub, Bitbucket
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including triaging, issue tracking, and issue management
- A strong work ethic and a customer service mindset
- The ability to work flexible hours
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the infrastructure
- Work in shifts and respond quickly to monitoring
- Troubleshoot issues with DevOps systems and infrastructure
